Head Chef - Sudan
We are pleased to present this vacancy for our client in Sudan, Africa.


The role is HEAD CHEF working at a large hospitality centre compromising of 5 kitchens, including one restaurant and other banqueting suites.

With circa 70 staff, it's a big role, with up to 3 weddings a week accommodating up to 1000 guests at a time.


As head chef, you will be responsible for menu design and roll out, procurement (through the procurement team), management of the team (sous chefs, junior chefs etc) and impeccable service delivery.

Remuneration is very much dependent on experience.

Guideline is £40,000 pa, which is tax free, accommodation in the form of an apartment, company car, mobile phone etc.

The employer will also fund one return flight per annum as part of the package.


Key positons; Sales Executive, Sales Manager, Business Manager, Service Advisor, Parts Advisor, Technician, Mechanic, Master Technician, Workshop Controller, Service Manager, After Sales Manager, Dealer Principal, General Manager.
