Child Protection Team Manager needed with Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council


Start Date:


  • ASAP

Location - Bournemouth


Duration - Initially 3 months


Hours per week - 37 hours per week


Salary - £425ltd per day


Description:


  • To provide regular professional guidance, supervision and support to team members in accordance with policy and procedures
  • To be accountable for the management of all cases and referrals to the Looked After Children Service.
  • To identify staff development and training needs to ensure that the workforce is competent to undertake the tasks identified.

What is required?

  • Professional Social Work Qualification
  • Previous experience and training within a managerial role
