Dentsu Creative was launched in June 2022 to address a client need for simplicity.Purpose of the Role
To pro-actively support 2 Business Leadership MD's and the wider team (as main point of contact) to ensure the office operates effectively on a day-to-day basis.
Key Responsibilities- Complete diary management, including internal and external meetings.- Booking travel - both UK and Internationally.- Weekly timesheet submission and expenses.- Coordination of monthly hybrid team meetings, helping to manage schedules, putting together presentation decks, as well as managing the room set up.- Ensuring the overall office upkeep is maintained and issues are communicated effectively and followed up on.- Communicate effectively between HR, IT, managers and new joiners to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.- Raise PO's and work with IT to ensure tech requests are managed appropriately.
Qualifications + Skills- Experience in a similar role, either as a Team Assistant, PA or Office Manager.- Computer literate, with strong knowledge of all Microsoft packages.- High degree of numeracy, literacy and problem-solving skills.- Be able to exercise sensitivity, tact and diplomacy when providing administrative support.- Excellent Communication skills.
What we offer- This is a permanent role.- The team is based in our London office but operates under flexible working arrangements.
