1)
OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Responsible for providing administrative support to Site engineer and general support to the wider business.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS
Assistant Branch Manager / Branch Manager

3)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Administration
  • Accurately record and maintain site reports as required liaising with colleagues, customers, and suppliers.
  • Assist with creation of BOMs and production kits.
  • Record customer enquiries, source parts, and prepare quotations.
  • Carry out stock take / stock rotation as needed.
  • Goods Processing
  • Carry out customer deliveries/collections.
  • Organising shipping with various carrier online portals.
  • Moving and stacking goods for collection.

General Responsibilities

  • Compliance with security procedures.
  • Understanding of H&S policies and procedures.
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness.
  • Provide support to hose assembly.

4) JOB DIMENSIONS / SCOPE
Responsible for the trade counter, logistics and general warehouse operations. Plus allow site engineer to focus on primary tasks.

KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Experience in a customer facing role is preferred but not essential.
  • Experience working in a warehouse retail environment.
  • Valid forklift (FLT) license and experience advantageous but training can be provided.
  • Basic Knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite
  • Full UK Driver's license.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Van deliveries when required.

Training will be provided where appropriate to operate any machinery.


Proposed hours:
09:30-15:00 (5 hours a day)
  • Monday to Friday

Job Type:
Part-time


Pay:
£15,625.00 per year

Expected hours: 25 per week
