Key Responsibilities:


  • Assisting in monitoring and reporting on works in progress
  • Assist in providing an independent assessment of the construction works undertaken
  • Maintaining a diary of the progress of works
  • Maintaining accurate records of inspections and corrective actions
  • Participating in continuous improvement activities to enhance the inspection process
  • Supporting the implementation of new quality control procedures
  • Performing other duties as assigned by the Quality Control Manager.

Qualifications:


  • Further education/diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to understand and interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills
  • Understanding of passive fire stopping measures and their correct installation
  • Knowledge of cladding systems and quality assurance processes
  • Site Management or site inspection experience
  • Contract management background is desirable but not essential.

Salary:
£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
