Main duties
- XERO reconciliations and payments
- Oversee and scheduling all payments
- Raise and issue Purchase Orders
- Run SAGE payroll monthly including expenses, process payments and manage leavers etc.
- Oversee holiday entitlement for all Company employees
- Quarterly VAT returns and payments
- Assist in the preparation of final accounts and corporation tax submittal with our accountants and process payments
- Assist the accountant with personal tax returns and process payments
- Oversee business and car insurances
- Oversee vehicle records for employees
- Day to day banking queries
- Oversee dayto day office infrastructure and resource e.g. phones, mobile phones, photocopier, IT etc.
- Assisting the Directors and Consultants in project delivery and any special projects
- Chasing sales quotations
- Scheduling and confirming appointments internal employees and subconsultants
- Liaising with subconsultants
- Accounting experience
- Good interpersonal skills
- Communication skills
- Time management
- IT Skills (Office, Word and Excel, SAGE Payroll and Xero)
- Good English language skills both written and verbal
Job Type:
Part-time
Part-time hours: 15-20 per week
Salary:
£24,000.00 per year
