We Are Dynamics are looking for a Junior CRM consultant to work closely with an experienced team working with a wide variety of clients across the UK.

Role & Responsibilities
- Working with customers to review their business process and wants/needs
- Create accurate plans for development of the customers system.
- Provide support, guidance and training to customers.
- CRM implementation
- Account management, dealing with clients and feeding information back.
- Working with a small team to ensure the delivery of a successful project to the client.
Experience
Essential
- Previous project management experience, showing that you have worked and completed end to end project life cycles
- Customer Service experience
- Problem Solver
- Ideally previous experience of Dynamics 365 / CRM Consultancy
- Experience in Power Platform solutions, Dynamics 365/CRM and Power Apps
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
Up to £22,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Yearly bonus
COVID-19 considerations:
All areas are regularly sanitised
Experience:
- Database administration: 1 year (preferred)
Work Location:
Hybrid remote in Glasgow G2 4SQ
