"Perfect Sense Energy are looking for an Operations Assistant to come into our business and hit the ground running.


Established in 2010, Perfect Sense Energy operates a highly successful business model which is growing rapidly and offering and ever-expanding array of sustainable energy solutions and associated services.

In short, we help businesses to Buy Better, Use Less and Generate their own energy.


We are looking for a highly ethical individual who is organised and driven and can lend themselves best to supporting our business and being a team player to help everyone push forward.

Working within a sustainable energy market has seen a massive growth and continues to do that in the fight to get to being carbon neutral.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working with the operations team, ensuring all paperwork is up to standard submitted back from site and within the office
  • Deal with accounts from lead and initial setup through analysis, negotiation, processing and securing contracts, dealing with any queries, all the way through to renewal.
  • Able to be a selfstarter working in a fast paced environment.
  • Keen eye for detail when dealing with Admin tasks and in certain some of the paperwork submitted by contractors.
  • Computer literate.
  • Able to liaise with multiple project managers at once.
  • Have a good telephone manner when dealing with customers and colleagues.
Skills Required

  • Previous experience in the operations assistant role
  • Knowledge of site operations is desirable
  • Have excellent communication skills for dealing with customers and other team members.
  • Be selfmotivated and able to work autonomously
  • Ability to deal with conflict in a constructive way
  • Skilled in the use of Microsoft Excel and computer literate
  • Attention to detail

£22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
