Description
We're looking for a Sub Agent to join our Transportation team based in Brackley on the A43 to support the Agent to specify, schedule and manage the engineering resources (people, and physical assets) in order to ensure the technical compliance of the assigned scheme to the design specification and to implement the plan safely, on time and to the required quality while maximising customers' satisfaction and gross profit.

Contract:
Permanent Fulltime
Salary:
£46k - £57k + company car + private healthcare + benefits
Responsibilities
As a Sub Agent, you'll manage the technical compliance of the project to the design specification in order to fulfil the assigned project (or section) safely, on time and to the required quality
Your day to day will include:
- Support the implementation and monitoring of Health & Safety policies and procedures in accordance with Kier and National Highways standards
- Support the Site Agent in managing a significant section of the project
- Ensure all labour, plant, materials and supply chain resources are accurately recorded
- Create a programme to plan and measure the daytoday activities
What are we looking for?
This role of a Sub Agent is great if you have:
- Relevant Construction related Degree / HNC or equivalent experience
- Knowledge and experience of the main management systems and processes used within a similar business, preferably in the Highways Sector
- Relevant CSCS card
- Full driving licence
