Watson French Wealth Management are seeking to recruit an experienced and highly motivated Administrator to join our team.


The successful applicant will be able to use their own initiative, be confident and highly organised, with strong client facing skills and the ability to work as part of a small but very busy team.


The post involves a wide range of administrative duties and requires excellent computer literacy as well as high standards of accuracy and attention to detail.

Proven administration experience is required. Experience in a role in Financial Services would be advantageous but not essential.


Typical duties will include:

  • Maintaining accurate client records i.e. paper and electronic filing
  • Answering the phone promptly, taking messages, greeting clients in the office
  • Submission and monitoring of new business to completion
  • Any additional administration related tasks
