In this role you will work with our residential clients and be responsible for their safe transport whilst developing productive working relationships.

You will support clients on a practical level with GP, Hospital, and any other appointments off site as required.

The Nelson Trust is committed to safeguarding, the successful applicant will be required to undergo an enhanced Children & Adults DBS check
