Learning and Development Coordinator
***Yolk Recruitment are excited to be closely working with a Global Technology company to find a driven and experienced Learning and Development Coordinator to join their team near Bridgend

They have developed a reputation for manufacturing excellence, and are committed to developing their offering, including their machinery and processes, customer service and their support of independent businesses.

What you'll be doing?

This is an excellent opportunity for a Learning and Development Coordinator to join a dynamic and successful Manufacturing and Technology company on their site near Bridgend.

You will be responsible for executing training and onboarding for new staff intothe business.

You will also:

Liaise with managers and colleagues to identify new training and development needs, and design programmes for these
Evaluate the effectiveness of onboarding and training and provide suggestions for improvements
Complete training update sessions with staff as and when required
Support with performance and personal development plans and coaching
Manage and coordinate various L&D and training outsourced functions
Support and be involved with various innovative projects within the L&D space for internal and external staff and customers
Ensure all members of the team are working in line with company values and objectives.

What you'll bring to the team?
As a fantastic and experienced Learning and Development Coordinator, you will ideally have a background in manufacturing, and have a genuine passion for teaching and supporting others, alongside being:

Confident in developing initiatives, training and development plans and coaching staff, and using data to support this
Driven and selfmotivated to keep things interesting
Excellent at communicating with people on all levels, with exemplary written and IT skills.
Friendly and supportive to both other team members and customers.
