JOB DESCRIPTION_

  • Develop and monitor the annual audit program, for critical to core business processes, procedures, vendors, and suppliers.
  • Develop, rollout and assist in internal audits to assure compliance to Internal and legislative standards.
  • Provide direct assistance and daytoday support to operations teams in managing quality cases in Synergi system.
  • Monitor and followup where relevant incidents reported in Synergi system, ensure all are investigated to an appropriate level of detail in accordance with corporate requirements.
  • Maintain the local Quality procedures in compliance with the company Quality Management System.
  • Direct input and participation to achieve successful delivery of objectives and targets as defined in the QHSE plan.
  • Generate weekly/monthly/quarterly performance reports as required; provide input for monthly report to VP QHSE.
  • Participate in internal quality meetings and attend as requested relevant external Client interface meetings, forums, and conferences.
  • Deliver/support Company induction process.
  • Take personal responsibility for Quality and HSE.

EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS_

  • Qualified internal auditor, lead auditor desirable.
  • Working knowledge of implementing QHSE management systems in accordance to ISO/OHSAS standards.
  • Working knowledge and experience with developing KPI's across operational businesses
