This is an exciting and senior role to support in leading a first-class People Advisory service through the Business Partner model, people advisory team, Governance and Project teams.

You will provide strategic leadership, direction and support on workforce matters to our divisions and people focused solutions, in line with a Restorative Just and Learning Culture.

Leading and embedding an OD Business Partner and advisory model that provides pragmatic and innovative people solutions.

To act as the OD and People business partner support to members of the Corporate and Executive Team providing authoritative advice on the whole range of people management issues.

You will lead a range of organisational transformation projects, including development of a just and learning culture, the development of great people practices by implementing modern and effective policies and procedures that are compassionate and inclusive.

You will oversee the People Advisory service and OD and People Business Partners working as key partners within divisional teams, contributing to divisional objectives, priorities and plans and providing expert professional advice and strategic leadership on all aspects of the people strategy including resourcing, retention, leadership development, talent management and succession planning, workforce planning, employee relations, culture and organisational development.
