The Role:

As a Patient Coordinator, your mission is to transform lives by helping individuals regain their smiles.

This role is all about connecting with prospective patients who have already expressed interest in our services—no cold calling required You'll be responsible for:

Building Relationships: Engage with potential patients over the phone, WhatsApp, and social media, providing them with information and support throughout their journey.

Sales Excellence: Utilize your exceptional sales skills to guide potential patients through the enrolment process, ensuring they understand the benefits of our premium dental implant services.

Admin Support: Handle administrative tasks related to patient enrolment, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.

CRM Mastery: Utilize our CRM system to manage leads and track progress, making your workflow more effective.

Qualifications:


  • Excellent sales skills and a passion for helping others.
  • Strong communication skills for effective engagement.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems is a plus.
  • A compassionate and patientcentered approach to sales.
