Salary:

Working Week:
Mon-Fri (8 Hrs/Pday)


Payment Options:

Job Description:


Responsibilities:


  • Reading and interpreting drawings, plans, and specifications
  • Cutting, bending, and threading pipes to required shapes and sizes
  • Installing and assembling pipes, valves, and fittings
  • Connecting pipes to heating and cooling systems, and other equipment
  • Pressure testing pipework to ensure compliance with safety standards
  • Repairing and maintaining existing pipework
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Completing necessary paperwork and documentation
  • Coordinating with other trades and project managers as required

Requirements:


  • At least 5 years of experience in pipefitting on construction and refurb projects in the UK
  • Experience in the installation of screwed pipework up to 50mm
  • Experience working with steel, copper, pipework
  • Must hold a valid skills card and IPAF certificate
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physically fit and able to work in a variety of environments and conditions
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
  • Full UK driving license
