Purchase Ledger Clerk (Full Time or Part-Time)
Working pattern and hours to be discussed at interview
- Excellent customer service
- Attention to detail
- Excellent verbal communication
- Familiarity with data entry software
- Ability to work well in a team
- Working knowledge of Sage or similar
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Processing invoices to database in an accurate and timely manner
- Month end supplier statement reconciliations and resolution of queries
- Month end credit card analysis onto Sage Line 50
- Dealing with supplier payments and invoice queries
- To undertake any other tasks as instructed by the Financial Controller
