We are an extremely fast paced 24/7 Multi-Trade Installation & Contracting company, based in Paisley.

Operating in the Social Housing sector delivering Multi-Trade services, however we also work within Private Domestic Homes delivering Bathrooms, Kitchens, General Joinery, Plumbing (Gas), Electrical works etc.

We are looking for CIS and or a Self Employed Subby to assist us in the delivery of our private customers works, on a price agreed in advance basis.

We would expect the lead to be an experienced Tradesperson who has access to fellow experienced trades - you will then manage and remunerate the other trades on each job i.e.

Painter/Tiler/Plumber/Electrician etc.

Example works:

Bathrooms and Kitchens, and or minor upgrades to bathrooms/kitchens. Also general small joinery upgrades such as doors or wet walling, and or general refurbs in peoples private homes.
Medical adaptations, Voids and or general minor joinery refurb works in our Social Housing customer base.

As noted, all agreed on a job by job basis - full price package.

**However we can support and supply our own Plumber/Electricians where needed, but you need to fully manage our resource on that job (including scheduling of that trade if needed)

£4,000.00-£8,000.00 per month
