IT Support Engineer


Salary:
(£30,000 - £40,000)

We are looking for a bright, motivated, capable IT / OT Infrastructure Engineer to join our multi-discipline team designing, building, deploying and maintaining these complex IT OT solutions as well as our own internal IT networks.

You will be working ona range of exciting projects alongside colleagues in software development and technical support.

The Role;

  • 1st and 2nd line IT support:
  • Handling service requests
  • Onboarding of new starters
  • User access requests
  • IT equipment requests and setup
  • Software installation requests
  • Microsoft 365 & Exchange Online administration
  • Incident and problem resolution
  • Delivery of IT and customer projects
  • New service/server deployments
  • ISO 27001 compliance and internal auditing not essential, but must have an interest in developing this area.
  • Asset lifecycle management, procurement, liaising with suppliers/providers
  • Routine maintenance, patching, testing, upgrades
