Sales Team Leader Position:
Permanent - Full Time

We are a highly respected Renewable Energy company seeking a dynamic Sales Team Leader to assist in the running of their New Business Sales Team.

This is a pivotal and engaging role, and the purpose is to provide high quality customer service whilst maximining any potential sales opportunities.

This role is based in an inbound and outbound central office and is a sales role with additional management / team leader responsibilities which will include target setting, mentoring and recruiting responsibilities.

You will need to work to targets and be confident in a pressurised, busy environment.

Previous experience in outbound Sales leadership will be an essential requirement for this role because you will need to be able to hit the ground running, and have an immediate understanding of the sales opportunities that will be available to both you and your team.

Previous experience in a call centre / sales environment
Experience in motivating and mentoring a team
Ability to work in a pressurised environment
Excellent sales ability
Previous experience in Sales Team Leadership
