Planner/Scheduler

Location:
Nottingham

Salary:
£21,000 + Benefits

Hours:
Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm

Over the last 12 months, the Scheduling team has doubled in size due to the extraordinary success and subsequent growth my client have achieved, and so they are actively looking to appoint Schedulers and Planners to join their growing team.


Duties:

Efficiently and profitably scheduling and dispatching Service & Maintenance Engineers to customers

Proactively monitoring engineers activity

Processing of orders to ensure all work is carried out in time

Ensuring your engineer area is clear of jobs at the end of the shift


Person Specification:

Experience in a scheduling and/or planning role is desirable

Exceptional planning skills and highly organised.

Excellent communicator with a good telephone manner.

Highly organised and customer focused.

Attention to detail is a must.

Able to work as part of a team and on their own initiative.
