Do you enjoy engaging with people? Are you well organised, able to bring creative solutions and excellent administrative and organisational skills?

We looking for a full-time Office Operations Coordinator to provide wide-ranging administrative, operational and project management support.

You will be a member of our friendly, professional Parish Support, Governance and Administration team and will be working with a variety of stakeholders.

This is a fixed term contract of 9 months.

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

  • Providing project coordination and administration for exiting our existing office
  • Providing reception and day to day operational support
  • Coordinating and assisting churches with data collection activities
  • Taking collective responsibility for ensuring administrative and IT duties are met
We are a Microsoft 365 based organisation and good IT skills will be required in this role.

Job Types:

Salary:
Up to £26,125.00 per year
