Job description:

Tradebe require Process Operators for our Fawley, Southampton site.


To be responsible for offloading, processing, marshalling and washing of industrial wheelie bins as part of a 24/7 shift team.


The role:


  • To perform all duties in accordance with documented work requirements/procedures, legislation and the company's policies and objectives, maintaining and improving performance in the areas of Safety, Quality and Environment.
  • Undertake daily checks on the system as specified on the daily jobs register.
  • To be responsible for ensuring that appropriate repair and maintenance requirements are identified and reported.
  • To report all near misses/incidents and accidents without exception.
  • To maintain a high standard of housekeeping.

The person:


  • Happy to work outside in all weather conditions
  • Flexible approach to work.
  • Numerate and literate.
  • Be adaptable and resourceful.
  • Experience in heavy industry is beneficial.
  • FLT licence (training can be given).

We offer:


  • Salary £25,000 £27,000.
  • Days, nights and weekends. 12hour shifts 7 till
  • Overtime.
