Project Management Officer (PMO)Northampton - Hybrid

- located in Northampton. As a PMO you will be operating as a keymember of the Digital Payments Team to shape, define and prioritise new business initiatives and change programmes.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain a level of project control (incl. governance and risk) to ensure company policies and standards are maintained
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders and leadership staff
- Inspire team performance through coaching and development
- Demonstrate strong decision making skills
- Influence significant business decisions through the utilisation of sound judgement
Essential Project Management Officer (PMO) Experience:
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong Jira Skills
- Very strong powerpoint skills
- Strong working knowledge of waterfall and agile methodologies
- Experience in tech/ finance change environment
Desirable skills for the Project Management Officer role:
- Financial Services industry experience
- Business Management Experience
