Are you currently working in Lettings and wish to progress your career?

Are you hard-working, positive and organised?

We are looking for a highly motivated
Lettings Negotiator to complement our team in Southampton and assist with letting our extensive portfolio of properties.

You will receive:

A competitive basic salary, plus commission

As a Lettings Negotiator you will:

Generate and book lettings valuations
Manage the applicant list and conduct property viewings
Liaise with tenants and landlords, progressing the lets through to completion

The successful applicant will:

Have experience in a sales or customer service environment
Be confident in their ability to generate business in a target driven environment
Be resilient and detailoriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills
