Plumber - Nottingham

x2 roles available
6 months initial contract with a view to being taken on permanently after the 6 month period.

Resourcing Group is working with a large public sector employer based in Nottingham.

This is not working for a contractor, this is working for the end employer, directly with an existing estates team.

The company manage their own direct work force and have 2 roles available for experienced and qualified Plumbers to join their team as soon as possible.

Main Responsibilities:

Working in a commercial buildings, completing small works including PPM works, compliance checks, breakdowns and fault finding, emergency repairs, planned works and small refurbs
General repairs and maintenance
All with in an occupied and live working environment. As a result, a DBS check is required for this role, which we will happily arrange for the successful applicants.

Essential:

To hold a full current UK driving licence
NVQ or City and Guilds in Plumbing
Asbestos awareness (if you do not have this, we can put you on a 1 hour course )
