We are recruiting a Human Resources Partner to provide "total" human resources (HR) service to the respective business teams that are assigned to them.

This would be in accordance with established and non-established policies and procedures, needing a high degree of diplomacy, integrity, confidentiality and decision-making.


In addition, providing pro-active HR/business solutions to specific projects, tasks or activities which are relevant at the time and which support the overall business and HR strategies.

AS HRP, you will;

  • Work closely with respective business leaders to understand the business objectives and provide support through HR initiatives to the overall business strategy.
  • Provide support and guidance on varied grievance and disciplinary matters. Monitor trends along with delivering solutions to problems as appropriate.
  • Provide advice to managers as appropriate, to ensure the highest possible adherence and compliance is maintained relative to all HR matters.
  • Support the service centre model of transactional HR processes by closely partnering with both managers and the UK Service Centre.
  • Support general HR and plant processes ensure specific salary and benefit coordination for site.
  • Work with our recruitment partners to ensure delivery of the Plant's recruitment program.
