About the role:
You will be:
The Programme Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping the program's strategy and framework, defining key milestones, and outlining major deliverables to achieve desired goals and outcomes.
This involves establishing a clear scope of work through forum charters, engaging key stakeholders from the outset, and regularly prioritising and reviewing workstreams as outlined in the charter.
Collaborating closely with the executive sponsor, they will need to communicate program objectives and potential outcomes, fostering a shared vision.
Additionally, they assume responsibility for developing and managing the program budget, ensuring the availability of necessary skills and competencies, and overseeing the execution of programmes/projects and their alignment with planned deliverables.
The Programme Manager also manages interdependencies between projects within the programme, maintains interactions with the steering committee, and addresses risks, issues, and opportunities as needed.
Furthermore, they ensure program adherence to governance policies and processes and work in coordination with the PMO to ensure on-time, high-quality, and cost-effective project delivery.
Building and maintaining relationships across the broader stakeholder community is also a key aspect of this role.About you:
