Site Manager (London or Bedfordshire)

My client is a market leader in the new build construction industry delivering architectural and structural steelwork projects across London and surrounding counties.

Their business model supports personal growth for employees with in-house accredited training facilities, CPD support and a focus on staff wellbeing.

All of their products and procedures are structured around their factory control manual and ISO systems which deliver the highest standards recognised within their industry.

This position is based in London and surrounding areas. The ability to drive is essential due to visiting multiple projects possibly transportation of tools and materials.

They are seeking a manager of structural and architectural metalwork, glazed balustrades, and balconies.

The main duties will be to manage daily activities of staff, including subcontractors/ contractors in respect of Health & Safety and Quality program, assist with procurement where necessary, forecast future work and project planning, organising and deployinglabour, attend site progress meetings and internal managers meetings, complete internal paperwork including inductions, RAMS register, toolbox talks etc.
