THE EVENT & SALES CO-ORDINATOR ROLE

Respond to and follow up sales enquiries using appropriate methods.
Plan and carry out the coordination of all event bookings taken, ensuring effective

- verbal and written communication with clients at all times.

Plan and prioritise sales activities towards achieving agreed business aims and

- maximizing revenue by the effective upselling of products. Prepare all documentation relevant to events such as event sheets, invoices, menu's,

Carry out show rounds of the venue (including one weekend day per month)
Liaise with external suppliers

ARE YOU THE NEXT EVENT & SALES CO-ORDINATOR?

You will have ideally sales/planning experience within venues/hospitality
Be organised and passionate about events
Work well within a team environment
Be a great communicator with clients and internal departments

HOURS
Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm (one weekend day per month to assist with show rounds)
