Lead Support Worker

Full time: 37.5 hours a week

Hourly Rate:

We are looking for a Lead Support Worker to join our supported living service which is home to 2 ladies and 4 gentleman.

You will be required to support with general day to day routines such as shopping, general housekeeping, daily activities, attending daily centres, community access and building relationships with family.

You will also support with their personal care and any medical appointments and social engagements.

The role will include light manual handling - one person we support uses a wheelchair in the community and a few use walking aids when out and about and at home.

Working hours will include weekends, sleep-ins, and some bank holidays.

It is essential that you hold a full UK/EU driving license for this role - the people we support have a Mobility Vehicle that support workers need to drive for them
- to be able to drive a Mobility Vehicle you need to have a full UK/EU licence.
