An Overview of The Role

In a world of globalisation and constant innovation, organisations need to stay one step ahead and their business structures are facing an ever-changing technological and socio-economical paradigm.

With rapid growth across many of our sectors, we are looking for a talented Managing Consultant to join our Enterprise Model and Strategy team.

Key expectations from this role include:

Leading the delivery of large and complex projects, working collaboratively with team members and clients to rapidly understand and define business challenges and potential solutions.
Develop and present meaningful and practical insights and recommendations, based on a robust evidencebase, and that can stand up to client scrutiny.
Build strong, longlasting client relationships as a trusted advisor at all levels.
Coach, develop, and performance manage team members as part of project delivery.
Lead the pursuit of business development opportunities for the Enterprise Model & Strategy practice, comprising strategy development & execution, operating model, process, service, and organisation design.
Work with colleagues in our subbrands, including frog on new product and service strategies and strengthen the convergence of designled thinking, strategy, and operations.
Support the growth of the Enterprise Model & Strategy team through engaging leadership and recruitment support across all levels.
Applies their strong understanding of current strategic transformation trends to client delivery.
Business development utilising a combination of the organisation's broader preexisting relationships, company relationships and your own network, you'll be expected to generate an expected target revenue for Invent.

As a managing consultant, you'll bring your delivery experience, communication, and stakeholder management skills to support our clients to innovate, develop new strategies, implement changes to their operating model, and future-proof the products and services they deliver.

You'll be responsible for building lasting client relationships, working closely with clients to design and implement new business and operating models, often taking an agile approach.

You'll be working alongside sector colleagues to deliver strategic transformations for the client, from technology implementations that change the way the company operates, to defining a new function that will deliver against their vision.

In addition, you will also contribute to the internal development of propositions for our clients and get involved in the running of the Enterprise Model and Strategy team, such as supporting our recruitment efforts, delivering training to fellow colleagues, and developing our market-ready propositions.

You will bring experience of delivering transformation projects from a range of clients and industries as well as an agile mindset, with an understanding of relevant tools and techniques.
