Machine Operative / Factory Operative

Our client, a market leading manufacturing company based in Coleshill requires Machine Operators for an immediate start, with position leading to permanent after a successful 12 week trial period.

Benefiting from a 4 and 3 day working week (on a weekly rotation basis) and with full training provided within a clean factory environment.

The general duties will involve a variety of roles across different machines on site ranging from monitoring and adjusting the machine cycles and conditions to achieve optimum performance and quality.

Rate of pay:

- £11.73 Per Hour
- £57.69 Per Week Shift Allowance
