Position:
Part-Time HR Specialist


Location:
Brierley Hill, West Midlands

Hours: 22.5 hours per week Monday - Friday


Responsibilities:


Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, reviewing CV's, conducting initial interviews, and facilitating new employee orientation.

Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
Coordinate employee benefits and leave administration, answering employee enquiries and providing guidance as needed.
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and industry best practices.
Support employee relations by addressing concerns, conducting investigations, and recommending appropriate solutions.
Collaborate with management to identify training needs and assist in organising relevant professional development opportunities.
Stay updated on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all HR processes.


Requirements:

A broad knowledge of Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in HR roles, demonstrating knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Excellence in computer literacy.
Detail-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Professional certification in HR is a plus.

£22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
