4.5 day working week

8am to 5pm pm Monday to Thursday, 8am to 1pm Friday


This is a great opportunity to join the Customer Success team of a busy contract packing company based in Needham Market, Suffolk, working for a variety of business sectors.


Objective of role:


You will be responsible in aiding the successful delivery of a highly responsive communication to individual customers through being a team player, using your own initiative and offering excellent customer service.


Customer Success

  • Provide a professional customer focussed service, and the ability to go the extra mile for all our customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the correct processes and methods within the department
  • Proactively promote the company's range of products to the existing customer base, with additional training as required
  • Attending client meetings when necessary to help build relationships

Administration

  • Updating computer based systems efficiently and accurately
  • Responsible for creating new product codes and obtaining any missing information to create production paperwork, including the job specification, for jobs as required.
  • To administer documents related to compliance
  • Ordering component parts for jobs
  • Booking in deliveries and arranging transport effectively and on time
  • Working closely with production team on delays to ensure accurate information is received to be communicated to customers (i.e. any delays) to ensure dispatch deadlines are achieved
  • Liaising with customer and suppliers to ensure a timely delivery of components for upcoming packing slots.
  • Assisting the Compliance Manager with customer complaints, providing the appropriate information to allow them to follow up with the customer within agreed timelines to ensure a resolution
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction remains a priority

From £23,500.00 per year
