About Our Client:

Page Personnel have just registered a new exciting Permanent Claims Handler Position in Leeds to work for a reputable business within the Insurance Sector.

This would be an exciting opportunity for someone that would like to get into the insurance sector the business offers excellent progression and known for always putting customer service at the forefront of everything they do

As a Claims Handler you will be working in a Contact Centre Environment dealing with the claims process from start to finish.

You will also be dealing with a high volume of inbound and outbound calls assisting with a range of enquiries from customers alongside third parties.

The Successful Applicant:

Claims Handling experience would be advantageous but not essential

Exceptional customer service skills

Able to work in a fast paced environment

A confident telephone manner

Good Team Player
