Altus Group is looking for Client Onboarding Executives to join our busy sales team. We need resilient, goal-oriented representatives with experience helping people in either a customer service or sales environment.

  • The role involves contacting our existing business clients so that you can support them through their online registration process as well as communicating efficiently with additional areas of the business.

  • Training 2 weeks of classroomstyle training followed by ongoing support and 1to1 shadowing.
  • Objectives of this Role:
  • Assist clients in liaising with Valuation Office Agency, an executive agency of the government to complete the instruction process.-
  • Communicate with the clients to gather key information-
  • Communicate efficiently with internal stakeholders and surveyors to gather and process collated documentation.-
  • Proactively manage a portfolio of clients and accurately update vital client information on our CRM database.-
  • You will work closely with the Commercial Property Consultants, to ensure client requirements are met, and the client is onboarded.
