Laundry Assistant


Written by Kate Trefry, an original story by the Duffer Brothers, Jack Thorne and Kate Trefry, directed by Stephen Daldry, co-directed by Justin Martin for the Phoenix Theatre and produced by Netflix and Sonia Friedman Productions.

The Laundry Assistant will work Friday and Saturday mornings.


Essential Skills include:

  • Excellent laundry skills including ironing
  • Experience of working as a team; great communication and friendly manner
  • Ability and desire to learn new methods and improvement to working practices
  • Ability to work under direction or independently, following tried and tested methods
  • Experience in a similar position on a largescale production
  • Excellent hand and machine sewing skills

Start Date:
As soon as possible.


Please Note:

All applicants must be able to commit to the full contract and must have the right to work in the UK.


Job Location:
West End London


Contract Type:
Fixed term until January 2025, then the contract will be rolling.


Salary:
Hourly rate as per SOLT/BECTU Agreement.


Weekly Hours:
Friday and Saturday mornings only - minimum 4 hour call per day.
