We are currently recruiting for an experienced SIA Licensed Head Door Supervisor, within the Hospitality sector.


The opportunity:

  • Head Door Supervisor at hospitality venues in London
  • Leading large teams of experienced door supervisors within popular London hospitality venues.
Duties & Requirements

MUST be comfortable working in licensed premises, responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and managing a team of experienced door staff and ensure that they consistently uphold the highest standards of customer service and safety.
  • Promoting a safe, engaging workplace for their team and consistently demonstrate high levels of integrity in all areas of their work.
  • Collaborate with your team and the client to ensure compliance with licensing regulations and venuespecific policies.
  • Monitor and maintain a safe and secure environment for customers, staff, and property.
  • Ensure that your team conduct all of their duties diligently and in accordance with relevant SIA regulations.
  • Maintain constant vigilance to identify potential threats, unauthorised entry, or suspicious behaviour, and take the necessary actions to address them.
  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a courteous and professional manner
  • Report incidents and write detailed incident reports as required; including carrying out further investigations where reports are missing information or detail.
  • Support with recruiting door staff and stewards; including scheduling and holding interviews.
  • Developing your team through open, honest conversations, and conduct employee appraisals and identify training needs within the team.

Applicants Must:

  • Hold a frontline SIA Door Supervisor License
  • Be able to provide a 5year work/school history
  • Have 5 years previous Head Door Supervisor experience (essential)
  • Have a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
  • Be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with your team, clients and the authorities.
  • Have experience of managing a team of at least 5 people.

£15.00-£20.00 per hour
