As our company expands further, we are in the market for a qualified and experienced Mechanical Piping Designer to join us with an immediate start


Requirements:

• Live and work in North East England
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Ageing asset extension experience

Job Specific Requirements:

• AutoCAD Plant 3D, AutoCAD 2D
• Piping design experience in Oil & Gas, Chemical, and/or Food industries
• Experience working with laser scan point clouds
• Site surveys and report writing
• Experience on Top Tier COMAH sites
• Production and checking of General Arrangement Drawings, Isometric Drawings and Pipe Support Drawings
• Conversant with codes of practice, standards and relevant sections of statutory documentation applicable to piping design
• Conversant with ASME B31.3 Design code requirements
• Able to create base designs and drawings from agreed work scope
• Experience of MS Excel spread sheets
• Mechanical design experience is also _
