We are on a sustainable growth path and are currently hiring for a Business Support Administrator to join our team.

You willbe working within a proactive sales environment supporting a friendly team of Recruitment Consultants, Sales Managers, and Accounts.

This position would suit someone who is organised and looking to get their foot in the door with a successful and growing Recruitment Company.

Key responsibilities:

Drafting CV's in line with Metalis Operational Procedures
Maintaining and recording all relevant information onto a CRM database
Working with accounts team on various tasks and liaising with thirdparty suppliers
General administration
Supporting the Sales function of the business with general sales administration duties
Onboarding of new employees

A successful Business Support Administrator will be:

Extremely organised & have a previous background in administrative role
Skilled in varied administrative tasks
Adaptable and willing to learn new skills
Proficient in working to deadlines and processes
Ability to work as part of a successful team
Good attention to detail
The ability to converse and communicate clearly
