Recruit UK is working on an excellent opportunity for a Financial Administrator in Bath to join a Financial Planning firm.
Our clients specialise in wealth management, investments, and employee benefits and work closely with their clients to ensure personalised advice is provided to suit their needs.
Your role will include, but not be limited to:
- Client liaison and support
- Review annual review dates and update back office systems
- Preparing and package financial planning reports with advisers
- Preparing client letters and ensure they're received by the clients
- Maintaining accurate client information
- Assisting with annual reviews and onboarding of new clients
- Ad hoc duties where required

Skills and experience required:
- Knowledge of the Financial Service industry
- Strong administration skills and experience
- Working in a client environment, providing exceptional service
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and IO desirable
- Financial qualifications advantageous
