Service Manager

St Albans - Hertfordshire

£40,000 - £50,000 (depending on experience) + amazing company benefits
Understanding Solutions is the exciting consulting division of the Understanding Recruitment Group.

A hybrid between a specialist technology recruitment agency and a traditional consultancy we partner with organisations across the UK to help solve theirtechnology challenges by focusing on delivering clear outcomes and deliverables through Statements of Work (SoW).


We are currently looking for a Service Manager to champion the delivery of technical client projects as well as drive regular service reviews, provide detailed reports, manage change requests, refine processes and most importantly build further relationshipswith our growing client base.


The successful Service Manager will have the opportunity to influence the direction of our consultancy branch as we continue to grow.

The role would require you to work closely with our Head of Solutions and external client stakeholders and any prior experiencedelivering change or implementation projects would be ideal


Skills and experience required:


Background & Experience:


  • Service Management experience (consulting experience would be a bonus)
  • Highly process oriented
  • Strong project coordination skills
  • Confident in communicating with senior business stakeholders and enforcing change
  • Excellent relationshipbuilding and customer care skills
  • Strong communication (verbal and written)
  • Previous experience in recruitment would be highly advantageous
