DISPATCH COORDINATOR
AliveDx is recruiting for a Dispatch Coordinator to join the Inventory Management team based near Edinburgh (EH26 0BF).

The purpose of the role is to to ensure a range of Material Management, Distribution and Logistics activities are performed in adherence to company policy and to the agreed departmental standards/timelines.

Working in a fast paced and dynamic environment, the post holder will act as a key link with the manufacturing teams to ensure continuous, effective provision and preparation of raw materials as required.

The role is a full-time, permanent position working between 8am-4pm Mon-Fri.

YOUR MISSION

Your main responsibilities will include:

Coordinating dispatch related activities in line with both internal and external customer requirements overseeing shipment planning, picking and packing.
Ensuring all (raw/finished good/chemical) materials requested by internal customers are picked and delivered on time in full and relevant systems updated to record stock dispositions.
Governing the management of materials & stock replenishment within the warehouse ensuring 5S standards are established and maintained, departmental housekeeping is 'audit ready' and 'batch in process' areas closely controlled.
Controlling distribution stock levels e.g. shippers, coolant conditioning, temperature monitors etc.

YOUR COMPETENCIES

Educated to standard grade or equivalent.
Experience in warehousing and distribution in a dispatch/ shipping capacity.
Has strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills with the ability to use initiative.
Has strong communication and teamworking skills.
Driving/Forklift license desirable
