Customer Service OperativeGI Group is now recruiting on behalf of a global leader in the logistics industry and are currently looking for Customer Service Operatives for a local courier company based in Slough.
This is an on-going temporary position that can lead into a permanent role.Hybrid working available once fully trained

- Pay: £11.77 per hour

- To provide a quality service to all our internal and external customers dealing and supporting with any queries they may have in a timely and professional manner.
- To ensure all targets are achieved and KPI's are met within specific deadlines
- Provide feedback to Service Claims, Billing, and Aviation & Sales to stop reoccurring issues.
- Prioritise workload on a daily basis ensuring Customer needs are always prioritised.
- Knowledge of Customs regulations/resolving complex queries
- Experience handling accounting queries (Billing & VAT Queries)
- Knowledge of Microsoft packages & Oracle system (Desirable)
- Negotiation & Interpersonal skills
- Highly selfmotivated
- Good time keeping
- Good standard of written English
- Good telephone communication
- Ability to work under pressure
