Description

If you are skilled at turning data into useful reporting and delivery insights, we have a range of exciting sustainable energy projects for you to support.

At Severn Wye we deliver a range of sustainable energy projects with real purpose and impact - socially and environmentally.

Team members work across multiple projects, delivering to a variety of targets, timeframes, reporting schedules and stakeholders. Keeping track of activity, analysing data and optimising delivery across these projects is vital to their success. This is where you come in.

As a Project Support Officer, you will help administer and deliver key projects within our Advocacy team.

You will support the community and outreach team who ensure that people at risk of fuel poverty have the support and advice they need to heat their homes, stay healthy, and have a warm cup of tea.

You will play a key role in the administration and quality of our service, being on the frontline of delivery.

We are looking for someone who has good attention to detail, experience of project delivery and a desire to provide quality customer service to our clients.

The pace of change in the energy and social sectors is rapid and keeping up with the latest changes in local service provision, support and opportunities will be part and parcel of working with Severn Wye.

This is a great chance to work in a team that is future-focussed and committed to doing the best for our clients during this difficult period for energy.

In return for your skill, dedication and hard work, we offer a competitive salary, all the training you need to support these sustainable energy projects, a pathway to a career in the sustainability sector and a company pension scheme.

If this is the sort of work you see yourself thriving in, we'd love to hear from you.
