A modern Commercial Interior Design Practice is seeking experienced Technical Designers to join their growing London Studio.

The Role:


  • Prepare and coordinate production, tender and construction package information.
  • Tender & Pre-Contract Technical input; design feasibility/reviews, value engineering, collation of fee budgets, surveys, design programme, construction techniques and other elements as required by the Head of Technical Design.
  • To produce technical drawings and packages in CAD.
  • Liaise with internal teams to understand client requirements and project specifications.
  • Coordinate with the project management team, client, subcontractors and other key stakeholders to successfully deliver high quality interiors.
  • Tender support to the business, precontract, and estimating teams.
  • Commission the Pre-Construction Stage Planning.
  • Production, Management, and Review of the Design and Pre-Construction Programmes.

Required skills:


  • Minimum 4 years' experience, preferably working on interior fitout schemes / D&B / Retrofit or Commercial / Retail projects.
  • Fluent in AutoCAD or Revit.
  • High level of technical skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to take initiative to solve technical issues.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Confident to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Working knowledge of UK building systems, regulations and construction methods.
