A modern Commercial Interior Design Practice is seeking experienced Technical Designers to join their growing London Studio.

The Role:

Prepare and coordinate production, tender and construction package information.
Tender & Pre-Contract Technical input; design feasibility/reviews, value engineering, collation of fee budgets, surveys, design programme, construction techniques and other elements as required by the Head of Technical Design.
To produce technical drawings and packages in CAD.
Liaise with internal teams to understand client requirements and project specifications.
Coordinate with the project management team, client, subcontractors and other key stakeholders to successfully deliver high quality interiors.
Tender support to the business, precontract, and estimating teams.
Commission the Pre-Construction Stage Planning.
Production, Management, and Review of the Design and Pre-Construction Programmes.

Required skills:

Minimum 4 years' experience, preferably working on interior fitout schemes / D&B / Retrofit or Commercial / Retail projects.
Fluent in AutoCAD or Revit.
High level of technical skills with attention to detail.
Ability to take initiative to solve technical issues.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Confident to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Working knowledge of UK building systems, regulations and construction methods.
