About Our Client:

As a Customer Service Advisor you will:

  • Working closely with other internal teams including sales and logistics you will resolve customer queries and update systems to provide details or changes to key customer accounts.
  • Ensure that the ERP/CRM system is accurately maintained with changes to orders, account details and that follow up processes with key customer accounts are logged.
  • Coordinate and manage contract review process to timely and satisfactory conclusion.
  • Provide support to other departments including the order processing team when required.

The Successful Applicant:


The successful Customer Service Advisor will have:

  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • An ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Be motivated and willing to juggle busy workloads in a calm manner
  • Be IT efficient including Microsoft office and Outlook
  • Previous experience in a sales admin role or experience using an ERP/CRM system to process data
  • Have a friendly and professional telephone manner and be willing to go the extra mile to provide top quality service
