Boscombe Lodge is a renowned nursing home in Southend, who are currently looking for Full time Health care assistant for days.
All applicants must be flexible in their working hours to meet the needs of the home and residents.Experience is preferred but not essential as training is provided that would engage each prospective employee in undertaking the care certificate or QCF level 2 certificate in social care.
The client base covers a wide spectrum of care needs that include End of Life Care, General Nursing, Dementia Care and Respite Care.
The main duties will cover.- Full assistance in all personal care
- Assisted dining.
- Interaction and social engagement.
- Care plan reviews.
- Involvement in clinical audit's.
Qualities essential to the position:

- Good communication skills.
- Able to work autonomously as well as a team player.

Salary:
£10.50 per hour
