Here at Pukka Pads, we are recruiting for an experienced Purchase Ledger/Accounts Payable Clerk to join our small but friendly finance team in Poole.

What will I be responsible for?
Joining our team as a Purchase Ledger/Accounts Payable Clerk, you will support the Finance Director
Your day-to-day duties include:
- Purchase Ledger
- Processing Invoices
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Posting Supplier invoices onto SAGE
- Processing purchase invoices and producing company cashflow forecasts.
- Continually developing financial processes and efficiencies
- Preparing the annual audit file
- Preparing & processing monthly payments
- Bank reconciliation
- Maintain and set up supplier accounts on Sage 200
- Liaising with suppliers & Resolving invoice queries
- Resolve payment queries and discrepancies.
- Assisting the Finance Director with ad hoc duties
Could this be the ideal role for me?
The Ideal Purchase Ledger/Accounts Payable Clerk must have a least two years' experience in a similar role along with:
- Ability to pick up systems quickly
- Strong MS office Excel, Word, strong IT skills
- Excellent communication skills verbal and written
- Ability to multitask
- Highly organised
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to pay attention to detail
